This offer will only apply if the procurement of components and population of these prototypes is to be carried out by S2S Electronics. Panel size will be established upon receipt of the Gerber file. If no Gerber data is available our design team can assist with the generation of this data. Set up Costs/Tooling. Set up costs which include the purchase of a solder screen and Pick & Place Programming will be credited to your account following receipt of a production order. Manufacturing Our manufacturing capabilities include, prototype and medium volume production utilizing surface mount, conventional or mixed technology. This is complemented by hand assembly at the necessary stages of assembly or inspection. All manufacturing operatives have obtained NVQ’s in ‘performing manufacturing operations' through on the job training in conjunction with virtual college. All personal have been trained on ESD precautions as part of the overall quality and heath and safety policy.
