S2S Electronics offer: Design – This encompasses the very best of product design and layout services, taking initial design from either basic hand drawn diagrams or computer generated drawings and producing professional PCB design using industry standard PAD’s and Autoroute software. Prototyping – Free prototyping service including; blank prototype PCB’s, PCB tooling, solder paste screens, surface mount technology setup and delivery. (See manufacturing page for terms) Manufacturing – Our manufacturing capabilities include, prototype and medium volume production utilizing surface mount, conventional and mixed technology. Box Build – Where required hand assembly is utilised for products requiring box build or if assembly forms part of the customer’s requirements.
